Although Miranda Lambert will have the most to add to her mantlepiece, Luke Bryan truly won last night's Academy of Country Music Awards.
In a huge upset, "Drunk On You" singer Bryan, who also served as co-host alongside Blake Shelton, took home the coveted Entertainer of the Year ACM. This shocker prevented Taylor Swift from picking up her hat trick in this category, having won the past two years.
Like his predecessor, Bryan was fittingly Wonderstruck™: "Thank you so much for making my life what it is," he beamed, "This is the defining moment of my life...I will never take it for granted."
Miranda Lambert watched her hubby Shelton host the affair while taking home awards for Song of the Year and Single of the Year for "Over You" (which she co-wrote with Shelton) and Female Vocalist of the Year. She's been forced to write four speeches for Female Vocalist the past four years and has delivered them all. Tough life.
