We knew that Jennifer Hudson's "Walk It Out" wasn't going to be much of a hit the first time we heard it (the fact that it sounds like an old leftover from one of Timbaland's Shock Value albums kinda gave it away), but that doesn't mean that it isn't still a jam.
In the newly-released music video for the underrated single, a dressed-down J-Hud struts her stuff on the streets, the beauty salon, and the park like the archetypal around-the-way-girl from classic '90s R&B videos. The Oscar-winner looks fly as hell in a hoodie, hoops, and sneakers, with curves in exactly all the right places thanks to a few flattering extra pounds that have been added to her once super-thin figure.
If only this song were a hit, then we could add the phrase "Walk it out" to the pop diva lexicon alongside "Yasss bitch" and "Work, bitch."
How does, "Yasss, walk it out, bitch!" sound?
