While the world continues to be a devastating, confusing place, pop duo A Great Big World send out some great, big love. In their brand new Hold Each Other music video, featuring rapper Futuristic, the Say Something titans enlist a slew of people from all walks of life to drive home a powerful message of love and acceptance. As they make their way down the streets of New York City, filmed initially in black and white, it is their passion and souls that slowly emerge and cleanse the world into a colorful, vibrant, truly wonderful place.

Hold Each Other samples the duo's forthcoming sophomore project, following the Grammy-winning Say Something blockbuster (with Christina Aguilera) and 2014's impressively cool Is There Anybody Out There? LP. To support the new romantic, empowering track, A Great Big World is set to perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Sept. 22. They will also take the stage at this Thursday's (Sept. 17) Streamy Awards on VH1 at 10/9c.
