Ever since the Pussycat Dolls called it quits, there's been a major lack of pole dancing girl groups in the pop world. Thankfully, Korea's After School is here to rectify the situation with the steamy video for their new single, "First Love."
This isn't the first time a K-pop star has spun around a stripper pole, but it's the first that it's ever been done with this much skill. After School reportedly trained for over six months just to master the moves for this one video, which includes a whole lot of graceful twirling -- both solo and girl-on-girl. It can't be easy to look super hot while hanging upside down and trying to sing, so hats off to these ladies.
When After School's not working the pole, they're out on the floor dancing seductively to a boozy soundtrack of sexed-up sax and '90s R&B. The whole thing sounds suspiciously similar to SISTAR19's "Gone, Not Around Any Longer," but dare we say, even better? Really though, with a music a video this incredible, After School could've just released three-and-a-half minutes of pure silence and it'd still rank as one of the best singles of the year.
