November Criminals

In case there weren't enough reasons to think of Washington, D.C. as a shady place, this mystery thriller will further this logic. An intelligent but disinterested (perhaps because he's too bright?) high school student spends his days out of the classroom and instead engaged in investigations of the underworld of the country's capital, his love-interest and best friend by his side. However, after the murder of one of his best friends, this teenager gets involved in a very personal way, trying to decode the narrative of who done it? Dark twist and turns will keep you hooked from the start, and this pretty, young cast isn't hard to look at, either.

PG-13 | Running Time 1hr 25m | Sony Pictures Entertainment | Director: Sacha Gervasi | Starring: Ansel Elgort, Chloë Grace Moretz, Catherine Keener, and more! | Purchase Tickets for November Criminals!

The Shape of Water

A twisted fairytale of sorts from a director who has twisted our world before comes a tale of a mute woman, isolated from the world as she holds a job as a cleaning woman in a high-security government lab in 1960s Baltimore. Her world seems without passion and interest until she stays late at work one night and discovers the lab's big secret: a mysterious creature residing in a water tank that's a long way from its home in South America. As the woman develops a friendship with the misunderstood monster, stakes run high as she realizes a wicked government agent and a savvy marine biologist have the power to tear the relationship apart.

And our ⭐️ TOP PICK ⭐️ ...

I, Tonya

Just in time to prepare you for the trials and tribulations of the Winter Olympic figure skating season is the story of one of the most controversial and talented people to ever get into the sport. Tonya Harding is known for many things: being the first American woman to complete a triple axel in competition, having a fierce attitude, and perhaps most pervasive to her legacy, a planned attack to destroy fellow Olympic competitor Nancy Kerrigan. What really happened? Not certain that we'll get that answer out of this film, but you will get a dark, detailed, and humorous look at who Harding was, and how some of the people closest to her discovered that for themselves.

R | Running Time 2hr 1m | IA Films | Director: Craig Gillespie | Starring: Margot Robbie, Sebastian Stan, Allison Janney, and more! | Purchase Tickets for I, Tonya!
