In just a few short years Bruno Mars has gone from songwriter-for-hire to arguably the biggest male pop star on the planet. He's already sold over 12 million albums worldwide, and that number's about to get a whole lot bigger soon now that he's just started work on his next one.
The 28-year-old confirmed the good news on Facebook today, posting, "Now it's time to start writing chapter 3. See you soon hooligans."
Mars is currently wrapping up his grueling 154-date Moonshine Jungle world tour, which will officially come to a close next month with a 2-night residency at Las Vegas' The Cosmopolitan.
There's no word yet on who Mars is collaborating with on his next LP, but at this stage in his career he could probably record an album of zebras regurgitating leaves and it'd still go triple platinum.
