Christina Milian hasn't released an album since 2006, but she's still managed to keep her career going in a variety of other ways. There's been acting roles in movies, stints on The Voice and Dancing With The Stars, some sporadic collaborations with Young Money Records, and of course, her highly-publicized divorce with The-Dream that's kept her in the tabloids.
The next inevitable step in Christina's career is reality TV, with the 32-year-old inking a deal with the E! network for her own series.
Speaking about the show, Christina told Wet Paint, "It’s like a docuseries following my life, my music, being an entrepreneur. My mom and my sister are also a part of the show. Definitely the meat and potatoes of it is not only myself, but also my family, and how we all are go-getters, and we support each other. Also, my friendships with my girlfriends, and my relationship with [fiancé] Jas."
The former songstress has already worked with E! on the special Sounding Off, which she says is also being developed into a full series. She describes it as a musical Fashion Police, but no premiere date has been announced yet.
Now all we can do is hope that at least one of these two new shows actually comes to fruition. Considering all the times over the years that Christina's promised new music that never actually arrives, I won't be holding my breath.
