Cross it off the bucket list: Foster the People served as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live this weekend, hosted by Ben Stiller. The iTunes-climbing California trio brought their music to Studio 8H, opening with "Pumped Up Kicks," before being joined on stage by none other than Kenny G. for their "Houdini" encore. Lest you think the appearance by the adult contemporary artist was the brainchild of Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island crew, who managed to talk Michael Bolton into wearing eyeliner and a wig for "Jack Sparrow" late last season, G and the band took their collaboration quite seriously. Sure, the bassoon is a lot more magical than you'd expect, but that still doesn't explain how this newfound love affair came to be. Watch below, and let us know your theories in the comments.
