Miami-based artist Gigi Rowe has been the emerging star of the pop scene for quite some time. Her debut EP Hello Gigi Rowe got the attention of everyone including NYLON magazine, who dubbed her style as "everything we strive to be." Her break out single "Run The Night" was featured on the global video franchise Just Dance 2017. Brent Burns of the music website Kick Kick Snare described Rowe as "unarguably a lady bo$ spelled with two dollar signs." With a sound that's most accurately described as "electrifying dance pop", Rowe has all the makings of a pop star.

Popdust is honored to exclusively stream Rowe's latest single "Cover Me Up" - a powerful ballad that shows a different side of Rowe's versatility. The single is produced by Brian Robertson (ANR, Luu, Great Good Fine OK) and feels like a more intimate look into the world built by Rowe, while still maintaining the modern twist she's come to be known for. "I see the stars up in the sky, the full moon calls," Rowe croons over a soft piano. "Would you cover me up?"

"Sometimes we all need somebody to hold on to. And there are other times when we're looking to be taken care of. And it's all okay," she tells Popdust. "There's a real strength in that. This is the essence of "Cover Me Up". Can't wait to share this song with my fans."
