When we first met musician DSharp, he was lulling our hungover minds into a peaceful slumber, thanks to his interpretation of Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night" on electric violin. Hey, it was summer! Now, the viral star has flipped the switch, helping us get our night started with his take on Billboard's No. 4 single (and climbing), "Glad You Came." First Glee, then Punk'd, and now the YouTube world—guess those Wanted blokes are the real thing, eh? Sharp stays faithful to the original song, adding only upper body flair and emotive facial expressions, along with a revealing descriptor on the video page: "This is my JAM!" Yet without any lyrics, we do miss out on lovable accents of Nathan and the boys, which are audible on pretty much all of their songs. Thus far DSharp's 2012 creations include a demonic and frantic version of Nicki Minaj's "Starships," which is not entirely his fault as there are 235 movements within that song. We won't rest until he covers Carly Rae Jepsen.
