'Glee' Star Amber Riley Covers The Saturdays And Drops A New Song Called 'Casino'

Glee star Amber Riley is like a modern day Aretha Franklin.

She has the voice, the charm and the sass to last a lifetime. As a Valentine's Day treat, the powerhouse shared two new songs, "Casino" (featuring co-writer Gene Noble and produced by B.A.M.) and "Leave A Light On," originally recorded by The Saturdays and co-written by her, Lisa Scinta and Jordan Omley.

"My first placement as a songwriter and one of my fav happiest moments in the studio," Riley shared on Friday (Feb. 14), later adding, "Thank you guys for the support! Can’t wait to let you hear my original music! Album is coming, I promise NEVER to give up."

Of course, this new music came a day before her 28th birthday, a remarkable achievement in itself. "In 28yrs I am still learning who I am, I make mistakes but I grow from them. I am determined to stay grounded and keep my peace/happiness," she vented to her Twitter followers.

She continued, "I have so much more to learn before I become as awesome a woman as my mother and big sister. They have taught me so much w/o words."

"Anyway! Here’s to another amazing year, Having fun while continuing to work toward being a better ME!" she concluded.
