If the only way L.A. Reid was going to stop pouting about getting the old geezers on The X Factor was by brining out Justin Bieber, so be it. It's not our performing future that's at stake, and despite his youthfulness, The Bieb knows a thing or two about making it as an underdog. Bieber and manager Scooter Braun crashed the televised mentoring session at Reid's Beverly Hills home during this week's judges' home visits, giving suggestions to those contestants aspiring to achieve greatness. Yes, but do they believe as well?

In between filming, Bieber was spotted performing a classic Beatles tune on the available piano inside, suggesting that these reality competition shows are not just a breeding ground for hostility and violent threats but rather inspire impromptu musical arrangements and the fulfillment of one's dreams. In other words, those sporadic bursts of singing on Glee and in any musical haters complain about so much really do happen. In the first of two videos, Bieber serenades Reid with "Let It Be," (or, "Let It #BeEpic," the Lennon-McCartney-Reid remix) and later, takes to performing Believe track, "Catching Feelings," a cappella on the rooftop, looking down at the world he's managed to conquer at only half the age of these X Factor hopefuls he's advising. Also, in keeping up with the week's Bieber news updates, could the video for "Beauty And A Beat," featuring Nicki Minaj, be premiering today? Twitter seems to think so.

Is that "noon" East Coast or West Coast time? Central? These are important details, Bieber.
