After topping Korea's official Gaon chart last week with the ballad "No More," boy band B2ST have done it again with their latest single "Good Luck." The song enters at No. 1, while "No More" takes a tumble down to No. 10. It's the first time that B2ST's ever yielded more than one No. 1 from an album, with "I Knew It" from 2012's Midnight Sun serving as their only other chart-topper to date.
Coming in second place is Maroon 5's "Maps," which is quite surprising given Korea's insular music industry.
Taeyang's "Eyes, Nose, Lips" slips to No. 4, while Bumkey's new digital single "Home" arrives at No. 5. Meanwhile, Davichi's "Pillow" debuts at No. 11, but could still rise higher next week like their previous single "Again" did.
Rising girl group AOA land their second top twenty entry with "Short Hair," which debuts at No. 14. The song is currently performing well on Korea's main real-time digital charts, so expect it to rise next week -- it could even become the group's first top ten hit.
Further down, we've got some older singles showing a lot of staying power: Hyosung's "Good-Night Kiss" is at No. 21 despite promotions for the song officially ending last weekend, while A Pink's three-month-old "Mr. Chu" is still in the top forty at No. 35.
