Kama, the surfing pig will take your weekend by storm, thanks to the fine folks at GoPro.
Surfing has long been a part of ancient Polynesian culture and was said to be first observed by Europeans in 1767. Another early witness to surfing was Joseph Banks who, with the crew of The HMS Endeavor, sailed with James Cook to Tahiti in 1769.
However, what they—or no-one since had witnessed—is Kama, the boar on a board, from Oahu, Hawaii.
Kama was discovered in Kai Holt's family swimming pool after accidentally falling in and it was apparent from the start that this pig loved the water.
Holt, a diehard surfer, went to the next logical conclusion and got his newly adopted piggie on a board—and from then on Kama was hooked.
Check him him out below.
