Kelis' ubiquitous 2003 hit "Milkshake" is the cultural reference that the world can't stop—well—milking.
During the finals of this year's Scripps National Spelling Bee, one of the judges decided to liven the crowd up a bit. When contestant Sriram asked for the word "Feijoada"—a Brazilian stew, in case you're curious—to be used in a sentence, said judge began, "While Tabitha discovered that her milkshake brought all the boys to the yard..."
Although he was immediately cut off by the Bee's (killjoy) moderator, the room got a big laugh. Well, minus the kids who weren't even born in 2003.
