How This Celebrity Trainer's Program Changed My Life

I have been a "serial dieter" and have started almost every workout program out there. Clearly, my problem has never been to get started, but rather, to stay motivated. The same pattern occurs every time: The night before I start my program, I'm certain this is the time I will lose those extra pounds and get the "fit bod" I have always wanted. The first few days are smooth sailing and I love the way I am feeling, but then after a week or so, life happens. I slip up with some meals or miss some workouts and by week 3 I'm back to watching Netflix every night and eating ice cream by the spoonful.

One morning, when my jeans were particularly tight, I was talking to my colleague who I noticed had lost some weight over the past couple weeks. She said she had been doing the new Kim Lyons Fit Challenge by BodyBoss, a 30 Day, HIIT-RE training program designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. At first I thought it was just another workout program, but I remembered watching Kim Lyons as a trainer on The Biggest Loser; I figured if she could help those people stay motivated to reach their goals, I could definitely reach mine too! That night, I signed up for the challenge and received my online guide immediately, so I was able to start the next day!

The first week was a breeze. The online guide comes with 20 fun, unique workout videos ranging from 20 to 30 minutes, designed by Kim herself to target the full body. The program is for everyone from beginner to advanced because modification and proper form videos are always provided: I found out I'd been doing push-ups wrong all my life and they became way easier. With the momentum I had, I thought I would get through 30 days, no problem.

But life proved me wrong once again. An early morning meeting here, a late night out there, and I was struggling to get up in the morning for my early workouts. But each morning I would think about the interactive 30 Day Challenge tracker where I tracked my progress and it motivated me because there is no better feeling than crossing off another workout. I also remembered the strong community of women using the guide that I could rely on for motivation! After checking in with them I saw many other women going through the same thing as me, but they still got up and knocked out their workouts, so I knew I could too!

The recipes provided as part of the guide were also a life saver! I have the hardest time planning meals ahead, so I find myself ordering takeout or popping a frozen pizza in the oven several times a week. Being able to flip through healthy, easy-to-make recipes gave me ideas for the whole week! I also appreciated that the recipes were realistic so I didn't have to go searching for rare health ingredients that cost an arm and a leg. There are also tons of tips and tricks for everyday life that will help you reach your goals much quicker.

Before I knew it, I had finished the whole 30 Day Challenge. I ended up losing quite a few pounds and inches around all my problem areas, but the best part was even though I had finished the challenge, I didn't want to quit. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, and I did for sure, because the morning after finishing the challenge I woke up without my alarm for my workout! For anyone looking for a training program you want and can actually stick to, I highly recommend the BodyBoss Kim Lyons Fit Challenge!
