It may not be in good taste, but posting partially nude photos of oneself on the Internet would certainly be a way to recapture some attention after losing out at the VMAs. But to the chagrin of even the most jaded of music fans, rapper Kreayshawn was actually the victim of a Twitter hacking following Sunday's show, not a questionable publicity stunt. The Best New Artist nominee and hired VMA black-carpet correspondent experienced a breach of security when her currently unverified account sent out messages containing multiple topless photos, reportedly taken when she was underage. "They sent out wack ass tweets and promoted their odd message of anti-jew stuff and deleted my twitter.. Oh and they leaked out private photos of me while I was underage [sic]," the 21-year-old wrote this morning. (You can get a glimpse of what was blowing up the Twitterverse here.) No word on the culprit, though there's a case to be made for either smug Tyler, the Creator fans or jealous supporters of Rebecca Black, who failed to get a Best New Artist nod, being behind this one. Kreayshawn's account was suspended during the tweetstorm, but has since been recovered, with the rapper posting additional messages about the identity of her alleged hackers. "RT RT I been hacked!!!!! By some scientology ass fools! [sic]." Consider this your weekly reminder to take those extra password reminders seriously.
