Lady Gaga to Sit Down With and Convince Piers Morgan She Has PTSD
The singer responded to Piers' patronizing tweets.

It seems like Lady Gaga is about to make Piers Morgan eat crow.
Only a few days after going on Twitter and criticizing Madonna and Lady Gaga for bravely sharing their stories on being raped and abused, Morgan has agreed to publicly sit down with Gaga and talk with her on the issue. The conversation, if it ever materializes, is likely to be a highly awkward one. Morgan questioned the females' claims of PTSD by calling it the latest "trend" among female pop stars. "I would take anything Gaga says with a grain of PR salt," Morgan told one Twitter user.
There was a variety of ways that Gaga could have responded, but the starlet simply offered to share her research on PTSD with Morgan. It's been an issue that she has spent a lot of time researching and advocating. Earlier this year, Gaga and Vice-President Joe Biden visited University of Nevada to speak on campus rape and sexual assault. Gaga even sat at the piano to perform her Oscar-nominated song "Till It Happens to You".
Gaga has revealed on Instagram that a number of her family members learned of her assault at 19 through the release of the powerful song. When Gaga performed the song at the Oscars, it was the first time the singer's grandmother learning about the tragic event. She called her granddaughter the next day and said, "My darling granddaughter, I've never been more proud of you than I am today."
When Morgan agreed to the interview he later quipped that he would be sure to press his meat suit. Gaga swiftly chastised him for the mockery and threatened to conduct the interview with someone else, prompting to Morgan to quickly lower his guns and promise to play a fair game.
If this interview does take place, it's sure to be a must-watch moment and create an important dialogue on respecting and validating sexual abuse victims and their trauma.
