It's a little surprising it took this long, actually. It's not often that one day of the week gets two notable odes in song within a year's time, but Rebecca Black's recent viral sensation "Friday" came hot off the heels of Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," one of the few songs on Teenage Dream yet to hit the top of the pop charts. Mashup mavens The Jane Doze apparently decided that they were sick of waiting for someone else to do it, so they recently collided the two songs into one impossibly effervescent tribute to the greatest day of the working week. It's a fairly natural fit, to say the least, and once you hear the Perry chants of "T! G! I! F!" underneath the auto-tuned "Yeaaaa-eeeeeaaaaahhh"s of the Black song, you might not ever hear one without mentally filling in the other part again.
