Miley Cyrus Is Releasing An Acoustic Album Next Year

Most Miley Cyrus naysayers are shocked to discover that the serial twerker can actually sing -- and very well, too! Unfortunately, there's still folks out there unaware of Miley's surprising vocal talents, but all that should change next year when the "Wrecking Ball" songstress releases her first acoustic album.

Miley confirmed the good news during an interview segment with Barbara Walters 'Most Fascinating People' special. She also explained why she always pokes her tongue out, and why she went for so much shock factor this year.

Anyway, Miley's upcoming album won't be the first time she's recorded acoustically. Last year she filmed some stripped-back performances as part of her 'Backyard Sessions' Youtube series, and before that she covered Bob Dylan's "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go" as part of a special compilation album.

We can't wait to her Miley's next single, "Adore You," get the acoustic treatment!
