Hey, hey, hey!

Robin Thicke isn't playing around.  While he tried to "Get Her Back" (his wife, Paula Patton) at the Billboard Music Awards, he's also trying to win the world over, with his brand new album.

The 37 year old singer took the big news to Instagram today (May 22).  The clip only lasts for a couple seconds.  Words appear on a photo of Thicke performing that says, "New Album 07.01.14."  A preview of his new track "Get Her Back," also plays, during the clip.

At this time, the album name has not been revealed. While his sixth studio album, Blurred Lines, included his smash album-titled hit, "Blurred Lines" featuring T.I. and Pharrell, we wonder what his seventh studio album will be like; which will probably include more smash hits. Oh and we can't forget about Miley Cyrus! Will the twerking duo have a reunion?

Guess we'll have to wait for Thicke to reveal more than just a release date.
