Fall isn't all about pumpkin spice and Hunter boots--it's about the mystical fear of the unknown! And just in time for the spookiest month of the year, Indie game studio tinyBuild has released a trailer for their upcoming stealth/horror game "Hello Neighbor" and it looks absolutely bone-chilling.
In the vein of movies like Rear Window and Disturbia, in "Hello Neighbor" you live next door to a nefarious individual and it's up to you to stop him. How exactly? By risking your life spying on him and breaking into his gosh darn house.
The dad-creepy, mustached villain of "Hello Neighbor" can be watched from his windows and can be drawn out of his lair with simple acts like throwing fruit at his house, breaking his windows, or even shutting down the power. Once he's out, you can go in through and look around for clues. But be careful! Spend one second too long in his house and you're dead. This game will have you constantly turning around and asking "Where is he?!"
The game utilizes the Unreal 4 engine and appears to have a highly interactive environment, which is perfect for creatively advancing through the story line. In other words, there are tons of ways to win and probably even more ways to lose.
