Elle Macpherson Wants Your Money!

Elle Macpherson isn't called 'the Body' for nothing. At fifty, she looks as lean and gorgeous as a teenage beauty queen, and she wants you to know it.

Elle posted a self-portrait on twitter to remind us how extraordinary she looks in a bikini. But she's not just looking for praise or even envy.

She wants you to buy a powdered supplement called The Super Elixer. It contains 'alkalizing super greens, Chinese herbs, digestive enzymes and members of the miatake mushroom family.' As spokesperson and co-owner of the company, Elle proclaims that she's been taking the supplement 'every single day for years.'

A blurb on the product's website says 'So it's not all in the genes!' as if her beauty is a result of the magic powder.

I think you'd have more chance of growing a magic beanstalk with The Super Elixer than acquiring a physique like Elle Macpherson's. However, if you're willing to follow a low-calorie diet and work out religiously for two hours every day, you will end up with a banging body, guaranteed.

Don't hate Elle because she's beautiful! Hate her for trying to swindle you.
