Police are to destroy all documents and records pertaining to an absolutely sickening molestation case involving 19 Kids and Counting star, Josh Duggar.

According to TMZ,  the records are being destroyed at the request of one of Duggar’s alleged victims, as she was terrified the documents may be leaked and her identity would be revealed.

As Popdust previously reported, Duggar is a devout Christian, and as the Executive Director of the Family Research Council Action, often gives speeches espousing “family values.”

The 27-year-old is also a fervent campaigner against gay marriage—insisting it is “unnatural” in the eyes of God—unlike molesting little girls, apparently.

The victim’s request came just prior to the publication of a sealed 2006 police report, which was uncovered by InTouch Weekly—in which, the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar confessed to molesting at least five underage girls when he was a teen—including his own sisters.

According to the documents, both his parents were aware of the alleged sexual abuse from 2002, and worked tirelessly to keep the scandal hidden, before finally going to their church about it, one year later.

Shockingly, a formal investigation wasn’t launched until 2006—and, that only happened because an anonymous source leaked information about the alleged sexual abuse to producers working on the Oprah Winfrey show.

However, Duggar was never prosecuted as the statute of limitations had run out.

Defamer has comprised a timeline of what went down—and, it’s sickening to say the very least:

March 2002: A young girl told Jim Bob that Josh (then 14-years old) “had been touching her breasts and genitals while she slept.”

July 2002: Josh admits to fondling the young girl.

March 2003: Josh is accused of having molested “several” more minors, “often when they slept, but at times when they were awake.” Jim Bob then brings this information before his church’s leadership and the group collectively decides to send Josh to a “program [that] consisted of hard physical work and counseling.” Josh is away at this “program” from March 2003 to July 2003.

(Michelle Duggar admits in 2006 to police that Josh never saw a counselor, but was instead shipped off “to a family friend who was in the home remodeling business” in Little Rock, Ark.)

July 2003: Josh returns home from his “time away” in Little Rock, and is taken to a state trooper, flanked by his father Jim Bob and church elders.

From InTouch:

Jim Bob told police in 2006 that when Josh returned home in 2003, Jim Bob, accompanied by some of his church elders, took Josh to Arkansas State Trooper, Jim Hutchens. Jim Bob knew Hutchens personally. Hutchens did not take any official action and instead gave Josh a “very stern talk.”

[Hutchens is now currently serving 56 years in prison on child pornography charges]

At some point after Josh admitted the sexual abuse to his family, the police report states, a family friend apparently wrote a letter detailing the entire scandal, the family’s involvement, and the alleged victims. That letter was folded up and placed in a book, which was eventually loaned to a member of the Duggars’ church, who discovered the letter inside.

2006: A source only identified as “a 61-year-old woman” emails Harpo Studios ahead of the family’s scheduled appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show and “warns” producers about Josh’s alleged sexual misconduct.

When police asked Jim Bob to bring Josh in for an interview in 2006, he attempted to hire a lawyer and refused to produce his son for questioning. At least two lawyers refused to take his case. “Det. Hignite received a voice mail from Mr. Duggar stating that [redacted] had hired an attorney and would not be coming in for an interview.”

The Duggars cancelled their Oprah appearance. Josh was able to avoid any potential prosecution because of the statute of limitations had expired.

Absolutely, thoroughly, unbelievably sickening....

The big day is inching ever closer for Jessa Duggar and finance, Ben Seewald!

On tonight’s episode of 19 Kids & Counting it’s all about the wedding, as the happy couple finalize last minute details—and Popdust has sneak peek video!

In the clip, Jessa’s wedding coordinator, Sierra, plans for Jessa’s ice cream sundae wedding reception with the help of some little Duggars.

It’s no mean feat when it comes to catering for 1,500 or so people—yep, that’s right, one-thousand-five-hundred PLUS guests!

Sierra has her work cut out as she bakes a trial run of brownies, but thankfully, the youngest Duggars are willing to pitch in—and not just because they’re kind and adorable (which, obviously they are!!) but, because, baking brownies for their big sister’s wedding means getting to eat the spoils, and that’s always good, right?!!

Meanwhile, here’s some food for thought—if the family was to bake brownies for each Duggar wedding, they would need to make 25,000 of them!

In the first of tonight’s two episodes of 19 Kids and Counting, Jill creates a gift for Derick’s mom and Jim Bob joins John David on a police ride along.

Then, in the second, Jason and James create a special recipe for the rehearsal dinner, but will Jessa and Ben be on board with their culinary creations?

The Duggars have always been a very traditional family - and Ben Seewald knew that when he fell in love with Jessa Duggar.

Although it's considered very old-fashioned these days, Ben made a point of asking Jim Bob Duggar permission to ask for Jessa's hand in marriage, with all the sweet awkwardness you'd expect from such a scene.

The best part is Jim Bob's response to Ben's question—he doesn't exactly say yes and he doesn't exactly say no! The Duggar patriarch admits he wants Ben to work for it, making it clear he expects nothing but the best for his daughter.

After talking to his future father-in-law, Ben hits the ground running and plans a surprise scavenger hunt proposal for Jessa, with each challenge relating to a special moment in their courtship.

He's a keeper, alright!

It's almost time for Jill's wedding in 19 Kids and Counting—and when you have a family this big, everything becomes an event!

On tonight's episode we are a week away from the wedding, and it's time to wrap up all those last-minute details and make sure all the pampering begins so the bride (and bridesmaids!) look stunning on the big day.

The Duggars secure a rehearsal getaway car and fill up their new home with furniture purchased at a local auction before having an at-home nail party for the ladies only.

But it's not all glitter and fluff —Jim Bob and Michelle make sure to give Jill and Derick advice on how to keep a marriage going (they should know, having just celebrated 30 years together).

Will this be the biggest wedding in Duggar history? It certainly seems so!

Don't miss 19 Kids and Counting tonight at 9/8c on TLC.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are celebrating 30 years of marriage, and what better way to mark the occasion than a fun triple date?

That's right, the 19 Kids and Counting stars spent their anniversary having a fun-filled day with Jill and Derick and Jessa and Ben. At one point, the group tries out an obstacle course and it quickly turns into a very important lesson in teamwork and how to support your partner - both on the course, and in life.

Because of COURSE Michelle and Jim will use the opportunity to show their family that this is how you stay married for 30 years - and more importantly, in love!

The kids quickly realized how valuable the advice was, like always working on communication and being loyal to one another.

"Through our marriage we've had financial struggles, medical emergencies… during those difficult times Jim Bob and I have had to pull together, encouraging each other through those rough times," says Michelle.
