Teresa Giudice has got less than six months left of her 15 month prison sentence to serve and negotiations are hotting up for the next season of Real Housewives of New Jersey to feature her release.

According to Radar Online, Giudice recently signed a deal with the feds to allow 25% of her Bravo paychecks to go towards paying off her $400,000 restitution.  It is expected that she will write a book detailing her experiences in jail to raise a bit more cash to pay her debts.

An insider says;

“Teresa is looking forward to getting out, obviously. Knowing there are creditors waiting to collect the outstanding $13.5 million debt, she is already trying to line up jobs now. Since the biggest paycheck would come from the RHONJ, Teresa wants to go back to the show.”

Bravo had been playing it cool while they decided whether or not to let her back in their Housewives' family—but they finally appear to have come to the conclusion that they need her on board. Radar report that recording will be delayed until the Fall so that her release can be filmed for the show—she would then be included in the second half of the season.  The source admitted;

"Without Teresa there just isn’t a lot going on with the women. With her on board, cameras would film Joe’s final days with the family as he prepares to begin his 41 month prison sentence.”

However Teresa may have to do a little persuading with the probation department as they have to sign off on whatever employment she chooses, and she is a little worried her career choice won't be acceptable—although quite how else they would expect her to earn a living is beyond us.

When she gets out in December, she will be on probation while her husband Joe Giudice will begin serving his sentence.  Their mansion is currently in foreclosure and the beach house is due to be auctioned off soon to pay the debts, furniture and a 2005 Maserati have also been seized.

Teresa is also going to have to deal with the countless claims of Joe's cheating while she has been away—will prison have given her a new approach to dealing with her douchebag husband, or will she follow her previous custom of sticking her head in the sand and standing by her man no matter what?

Joe Giudice is the kind of husband you can only dream about.

Not only was he the instigator of the multi-million dollar fraud that has landed them both with a jail term, he was caught on camera on a Real Housewives of New Jersey episode allegedly speaking to his mistress and calling wife Teresa Guidice a cunt. (Not sure if that was the mistress Jacqueline Laurita said Teresa told her she caught him having sex on his desk with or a different one.)

Now he’s playing house husband to their four daughters while Teresa serves out her jail term and has been forced to deny claims that he cheated on Teresa just four weeks before she checked into prison.

Earlier this week InTouch claimed he had slept with a woman named Jamie Jackson during an alleged hotel tryst in Atlantic City. The cover story reported that there was video footage of them making out at dinner and that they then disappeared together afterwards for about 20 minutes. They claimed she emerged “buttoning her blouse and crying hysterically”.

Giudice refuted the claims and told US Weekly;

"No, I did not flirt with her. I did not make out with her, nothing happened between us. Everything InTouch is saying that happened between us are lies."

At least Teresa, who’ll be wearing orange until Christmas, will know were Juicy is when he begins his 41 month sentence when she gets out.

Still, Joe has some competition to be Top Man Bitch.

Teresa Giudice is still coming to terms she will be spending 15 months in prison after being sentenced for fraud.

The reality star and husband Joe Giudice (who has been sentenced to 41 months) sat down with Andy Cohen to talk about the sentences, and how the family is coping.

"I was so nervous yesterday that I was shaking," Teresa told Andy in the Watch What Happens Live special that was taped on Friday. "My nerves were pulling. At one point I couldn't even move my fingers. They were stuck. My nerves were shot. I've had sleepless nights. Of course, I was shocked. Like, I was like, you know, it was very unexpected. I don't even know what to say."

Teresa is still claiming she didn't mean to defraud the government (something the judge clearly disagrees with) and says in future she will be much more careful about what she signs and why.

"I do need to read things before I sign them. I do need to understand things before I sign them. I'm a trustworthy person. Sometimes I take what other people say and I believe them and I trust them. I can't do that anymore. I've got to make sure I fully understand something or read it or find a lawyer, like a contract lawyer, that can help me."

The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star says the entire family is pulling together, with eldest daughter Gia,13, promising to take care of her little sisters while Teresa is in prison.

"She was being strong for me, I could tell," Teresa says. "She said, 'Mommy, don't worry about it. I'll be there. I'll help daddy with the girls. That will make me a better mom. That'll prepare me for when I'm a mom. It broke my heart when she said that."

Teresa Giudice has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for multiple counts of fraud.

As Popdust previously reported, Joe Giudice was sentenced earlier in the day to 41 months in prison, and now it looks like Teresa will not get the house arrest she wanted instead of incarceration.

Judge Esther Salas handed down the sentence on Thursday, saying Teresa will serve her time first, then Joe will. This way there will be at least one parent taking care of their four daughters.

"For a moment I thought about probation … but I think a period of confinement is absolutely necessary in this case," the judge told Teresa. "I don't honestly believe that you understand or respect the law. I need to send a message. In the eyes of the law it doesn't matter who you are. There are consequences to pay. You have no criminal history. You've paid your taxes. Those girls need their mother at this critical age in their lives. There's a bond between a mother and a daughter."

Teresa broke down in tears, clearly distraught.

"My daughters are my life. I'm more sorry than anyone will ever know. I will make this right no matter what," she said in a statement. "I'm really scared … I need to learn to do things for myself. It's time for me to wake up."

Joe also made a statement before his own sentencing:

"I stand here humiliated," he said. "I disgraced many people including my wife and my four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise to be a better person."

The judge said nothing would happen deportation-wise for Joe until after his sentence had been carried out, and recommended he participate in an alcohol program.

"I am not sure you respect this court or our laws and I'm not sure you understand what you've done. I want you home with your girls. You're a great dad," Judge Salas stated.

Let's hope their girls will be ok...

Teresa Giudice's husband Joe Giudice has been sentenced to almost three and a half years in prison for fraud.

The couple appeared in court in New Jersey on Thursday and heard the sentence from Judge Esther Salas, who will also decide what happens to Teresa.

The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star and Joe were indicted with 39 counts of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, and bankruptcy fraud amongst other things.

Teresa is apparently hoping she will be sentenced to house arrest rather than prison because of their daughters Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5.

Joe and Tre originally pleaded not guilty to the charges (idiots) but then changed to guilty in March.

Teresa and Joe Giudice are facing jail time for endless counts of fraud, including bankruptcy, wire, and conspiring to commit mail fraud.

So this really would be the absolute worst time for Teresa to get pregnant - unless, of course, she's hoping a baby will mean house arrest rather than prison.

In Touch is reporting Tre is indeed preggo with baby number 5 (possibly the long-awaited son?) but the Giudice camp are flat-out denying the story.

"Teresa does not know if she is going to prison and would not have [a] baby, nor would anybody, under the circumstances described," says their crisis manager Wendy Feldman, insisting there is "NO truth to the rumor" and the reports are "false in every way."

Joe and Teresa are already parents to four poor little girls - Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5.

While they might deny these reports, both Joe and Teresa have made a career of lying so it's hard to believe a word they say. They can barely take care of the children they have!
