It's all fun and games with Kelly Rowland until someone gets into a car accident. Trey Songz' video for melodramatic breakup ballad "Heart Attack" mostly features he and his R&B royalty co-star frolicking around in love together—predominantly in black-and-white, since everyone knows that nostalgia never happens in color—and they seem to be having a grand old time kissing and hugging and laughing (and then watching videos of themselves kissing and hugging and laughing). That is, until one stupid argument on the road—don't debate and drive, kids—threatens to ruin the whole thing, resulting in the most dramatic ICU climax in an R&B video since R. Kelly's "Down Low (Nobody Has to Know)."

It's OK, but as with many things in this world, Usher's "Climax" is just so much better.
