In terms of Artist + Cover + Product Endorsed, country legend Willie Nelson's version of UK arena-rockers Coldplay's "The Scientist" as commissioned by the Chipotle restaurant chain is certainly a funny little equation. It's even odder when you watch the commercial, described on the clip's YouTube page as depicting "the life of a farmer as he slowly turns his family farm into an industrial animal factory before seeing the errors of his ways and opting for a more sustainable future." Willie apparently finds thematic relevance in the Coldplay song through the lines "Questions of science, science and progress / Do not speak as loud as my heart"—mildly questionable, though we're hardly qualified to argue with the Red Headed Stranger.

All in all, it's kind of a cool thing, but really it just made us want to watch the original "Scientist" video.
