Disney is facing a $250 million lawsuit from a total looneytunes who says Frozen is based entirely on her own life story.

Isabella Tanikumi (also known as L. Amy Gonzalez) filed a three-page Federal complaint, accusing the Walt Disney Company of plagiarizing her book.

According to Tanikumi/Gonzalez, Frozen was lifted off her 2010 autobiography Living My Truth, set in the Andean mountains of Peru (JUST LIKE FROZEN, RIGHT?). She claims Disney lifted her characters, story and plot and, hilariously, is demanding a jury trial.

"In response to your query regarding Isabella Tanikumi's claim against Disney, she has requested that I email you the attached Complaint which was filed this past Monday in the Federal District Court," her attorney William T. Anastasio told E! News. "Ms. Tanikumi is a very private individual and does not wish to be interviewed at this time. As the case moves through the Courts I am sure more information will become available concerning her claims."

Um... anyone else suspect Miss Tanikumi/Gonzalez is a few sandwiches short of a picnic? Also, can people stop bashing Frozen? First Mayim Bialik, now this!
