Zendaya recently stated that she was going in a more mature direction for her upcoming sophomore album, so who better to help the Disney diva reinvent herself than Mr. virginal tween idol-turned-hunky sex symbol himself, Nick Jonas?
The 18-year-old Shake It Up star recently hit the studio with Nick and producer Paul Shelton, where she recorded a song that the pair had co-written and co-produced for her.
This isn't the first that the three have worked together either: they all collaborated on the excellent Love You Forever from Zendaya's debut album. Shelten also co-wrote Zendaya's breakout hit Replay, as well as the track Push from Nick's self-titled album.
Nick currently has the No. 1 song at pop radio in America with Jealous, so if there's anybody that knows about hits right now, it's him. Hopefully Zendaya will find the same kind of success with her sophomore album!
