Courtney Hadwin Ignites with Debut Album Little Miss Jagged and UK Tour Announcement
British powerhouse Courtney Hadwin has officially entered her next era with the release of her long-awaited debut album, Little Miss Jagged, a bold, soulful, and unfiltered declaration of self. The album introduces Hadwin as a full-fledged artist with her own vision that is equal parts rock rebel, soul revivalist, and coming-of-age storyteller.
Our first taste of Little Miss Jagged came through the explosive focus track “Electric,” a funk-fueled anthem that channels the raw urgency of vintage soul and the edge of modern rock. With its driving guitars and confident strut, the song perfectly captures Hadwin’s evolution from viral teenage phenom to fully realized artist in her twenties.
At just 13, Hadwin stunned the world with her Janis Joplin-inspired audition on America’s Got Talent, a performance that amassed millions of views and launched her into global consciousness. While the music industry initially sought to “pop-ify” her, she chose to step back, write, and rediscover her voice on her own terms. Now 21, with over 3.7 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, Hadwin has built a fanbase drawn to her fearless individuality and emotional honesty.
Recorded alongside acclaimed producer Kevin Bowe (Etta James, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steve Van Zandt), Little Miss Jagged unfolds like a diary set to a rock ‘n’ soul soundtrack. Songs like “Timeless” spotlight Hadwin’s powerhouse vocals, while “Different Kinda Pretty” adds a gospel-tinged glow, and “Steady Rock Steady” bursts with brass and swagger. The result is a record that refuses to sit neatly in one box, restless, raw, and unmistakably her.

Thematically, Little Miss Jagged is as much about survival as self-determination. “They’re coming-of-age songs, written either when I was going through the worst of times or when I felt on top of the world,” she says. “I’m both nervous and excited to be putting them out into the world, as this is the most personal I’ve ever been in my songwriting. It’s the story so far.”
