How Daily Harvest Helped Me Fulfill My Wellness Goals

But instead of just giving you smoothie recipes, they actually send you everything you need in one cup, so all you have to do is add water (or almond milk, or whatever floats your boat), blend and start your day. I decided to start with the 9-Cup weekly plan and chose a mix of smoothies for the morning and Harvest Bowls to mix it up in the afternoon.
Obviously, I needed a cheat week before I started and I went ham on takeout — pizza, burgers, and tacos and washed them all down with a milkshake. I could not have been more ready for a health reset. When my first weekly package arrived, I couldn’t wait to see if I could finally match my aspirational online presence IRL. Each cup was packed with the freshest ingredients, flash-frozen at their peak ripeness, so they maintain their optimal nutritional value. On day 1, I grabbed a Chocolate + Blueberry Smoothie for breakfast, full of rich greens, almonds, and other superfoods, but it tastes like dark chocolate. Then I tried a Butternut Squash + Chimichurri Harvest Bowl for lunch, made with buckwheat, butternut squash, and other veggies, which energized me for the rest of the day without leaving me feeling sluggish.
After my first week was up, I felt lighter, and had more motivation to make it to the gym after work; I was wasting way less time worrying about what I could eat that would be both tasty and healthy. I’ll definitely be continuing with a monthly delivery plan of 24 cups, and I love not having to think about ordering more or running out.
