It's that time of year again: making yet another seemingly impossible New Year's Resolution. Last year, my doctor told me my blood sugar levels had gone up and I was teetering on being pre-diabetic. I never used to be consistent about working out. At my most recent doctor's visit, my blood sugar levels had gone back down to normal which makes me feel very proud (and relieved!).
