Fox News resident asshole psychiatrist, Dr Keith Ablow has decreed that he thinks men should have the right to veto a woman's abortion.

His unbelievable statement came during a discussion about Modern Family star Sofia Vergara's legal battle with her ex fiance Nick Loeb over their frozen embryos.

The actress has said that Loeb should not have the right to use the embryos to become a single father because "a child needs a loving relationship of parents that get along, that don't hate each other".  She also pointed out that Loeb had signed a contract that said the embryos would only be brought to term with the "consent" of both parties (which btw aside from any of the other moral arguments must surely be the deciding factor).

Loeb has written that he should control the embryos because it "was not just about saving lives, it is also about being pro-parent".  (He seems to think you can get out of a legally binding contract under the clause "Because I Want To")

So Fox News decided a round table discussion on Tuesday would be a good time to talk crap have a serious discussion about the issue.  Medical A-Team member Dr Ablow weighed in with his opinion saying Vergara didn't have "2% credibility" and suggesting the actress was a hypocrite for acting like a liberal "but when it comes to her choices in life, she wants all the control."

He was on a roll and continued,

"Not very modern Sofia...You know, what their agreement is on paper should not determine the fate of a child in the world.

You know, I've been outspoken on this.  I think men should be able to veto women's abortions if they're willing to care for the child after it's born."

Cue gasp and interjection from the women around the table explaining that it's a WOMAN whose body carries and gives birth to a child. Yeah you would think so, but no—the dumbass women on the panel just sat there and didn't challenge the idiot at all.

It's actually not that staggering that this man-without-a-womb came out with such BS.  In 2011 he said that if a man gets a woman pregnant he should be able to stop her from getting an abortion and that the pregnant woman should be legally penalized for "psychological suffering and wrongful death" if she has one anyway.

After listening to this fucking idiot I should be able to sue him for psychological suffering.

Modern Family star Sofia Vergara is being sued by her ex-fiance Nick Loeb over the frozen embryos they produced together.

The couple fertilized and froze in 2013 when they were planning to have a family together. According to Loeb, 39, Vergara demanded that her 44-year-old assistant serve as surrogate as she was the only person she could trust, and paid her $200,000 in gifts and mortgage payments. The woman was allegedly implanted twice in 2013 but neither procedure resulted in a pregnancy.

As Popdust previously reported, after a tumultuous relationship, Loeb and Vergara broke-up, and last August he filed a complaint to prevent the destruction of the remaining frozen embryos.

A source tells Page Six that Loeb wants the frozen embryos so he can have children on his own.

He told Sofia he would raise the children himself, they would be very well taken care of. He wouldn't sue her for child support. She would have no parental responsibility. She refuses to allow him to take charge of the embryos.”

Another source claims that Vergara has no intention of destroying the embryos and that the couple agreed months ago that they would remain where they are at the clinic.

The 42-year-old actress who has a 23-year-old son from her first marriage, is now engaged to actor Joe Manganiello.

A complicated battle lies ahead and both parties have hired big gun lawyers to represent them.

Sofia Vergara and Derek Hough gave everyone a treat at HBO's post-Emmys party by dancing to Footloosebut feet weren't the only thing getting loose on the dance floor.

Derek is a professional dancer and Sofia is sex personified so naturally their moves got a little, shall we say, heated. In the midst of all the leaping and whirling and dipping and twirling, Sofia's gorgeous dress came down juuuust enough to suffer a nip slip and give the partygoers a glimpse of the goodies—and Popdust has video.

Knowing Sofia, something like that won't bother her for a second - just like it doesn't bother her that there was considerable backlash against her "sexist" standing-on-a-pedestal thing earlier in the night.

"I think it's absolutely the opposite," she told reporters. "It means someone can be hot and also be funny and make fun of herself and enjoy and work and make money, so I absolutely think it's ridiculous."

Jesse Tyler Ferguson took a picture of Sofia Vergara looking less than her usual perfect self - and posted it on Instagram!

In the photo, Sofia is obviously on the Modern Family set before hair and makeup (or it could be a rough scene, who knows) but Jesse's caption is priceless: "#IWokeUpLikeThis".

Your move, Sofia!
