In high school, Braison Cyrus imagined a career behind the camera, maybe in photography or filmmaking. As he entered adulthood, the family business came calling. He started with a few singles in 2020, followed by his debut album Javelina in 2021. His music career really took off last year with “I’ll Never Leave You.” a track he performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
His most recent single “Know This” is a collaboration with Miley released on September 5. It precedes his upcoming second album, due out in the spring.
In addition to solo music, Braison collaborates with other artists, including his sister Noah and Orville Peck. He’s currently supporting Noah on her U.S. tour.
