Malibu, California natives, Little Dume soared to fame with their debut single, "Dangerous Man," in early 2018.

Fans of alternative rock immediately gravitated to their large and emotionally sharp sound. The track has garnered over two million streams to date and was used for the official promo of NBC's The Ad series.

Now, about a year later, Little Dume is back with their new single, "Brothers," The video for which dropped on April 4th. The band has managed to perfectly mirror their larger-than-life, cinematic sound with what is essentially a short film set to music. The video begins with a Tarantino-esque shot of a couple tossing a duffel bag into the trunk of a car, right beside the camera. The couple, it turns out, is on the run from the law.

The rest of the video is a series of vignettes that gradually build to tell the tale of two brothers, the outlaw and the cop. Although it is never revealed exactly what crimes the couple committed, it doesn't really matter. The tension inherent in the complicated relationship between the two brothers is what drives the story forward, ultimately ending in a desert showdown between the two. "I will die for my brothers," vocalist, David Franklin Sandborg belts.

For those of you who have never heard of Little Dume before, the video for "Brothers" will be the perfect introduction. Fans of Kings of Leon, Coldplay, and Imagine Dragons will fall in love with the band's stadium alt-rock sound tinged with a little bit of darkness.
