Anonymous is back.

Today, the hacktivist group broke a long silence and delivered a few stunning blows to institutions of power. They briefly took down the Minneapolis Police Department's website and threatened to expose the department's "many crimes to the world". These crimes include the murder of George Floyd, which has sparked a wave of protests across the nation.

Justin Bieber challenged Tom Cruise to a fight in the UFC Octagon (the big cage thing they fight in) this morning, and no one cares. While Cruise has yet to respond to the brash challenge, most have already decided the fight's outcome.

Many immediately sided with the 60-year-old Mission Impossible actor, but most of the internet just doesn't give a shit, and it's hilarious.






Connor McGregor continued to fan the flames, adding further nonsense to what's already the sloppiest PR stunt of the summer. Once again, no one cared.

Then, McGregor took the biggest stick he could find and beat the dead horse to bits, challenging Mark Wahlberg to a similar fight.

There is something entertaining about the idea of celebrities fighting, but at the end of the day, the memes reign triumphant as the real champs.
