melissa joe gorga house new jersey

The insatiably horny RHONJ’s Joe Gorga and his (sorta) music-making ma’am and mom of 3, Melissa, have sold their Montville Township, 9,500-square-foot NJ home for a hefty $3.8 million.

E! Online reports that money from the sale is going towards the creation of the couple’s “dream home” in ritzy Franklin Lakes, NJ.

The home they’ve sold looks pretty dreamy to me, but then again, I’m no Housewife.

Here’s what the new owner gets to enjoy (aside from the ghosts of dinner parties gone wrong’s past).

The outside of the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion is majestic with perfect landscaping and grand windows.

After you’ve parked your car in the garage big enough to hold three, step inside to admire two sweeping staircases in the main marble-floored foyer leading to the spectacular second floor.

The kitchen is modern, yet comfortable, with a large middle island and plenty of cupboards and room for the family to cook and congregate.

Dine in the elegant dining room decked out in neutral shades with luxe seating and rich carpets.

Fireplaces galore melissa joe gorga house new jersey

There are four fireplaces throughout the home to keep you warm at night if you don’t have a mate quite as affectionate as Joe.

The master bathroom is spectacular, fit for a Housewife who wants to look as good while “On Display” as Melissa.

All the bedrooms are better than you’d find at the finest hotels and decorated to perfection.

There’s even a movie viewing room (or catch up on reruns of RHONJ on a giant screen).

Spend time in the oversized family room with large windowed doors, marble flooring, and beautiful mirrors.

There’s even 14 carat gold molding throughout the place.

Zillow considers the home “European Influenced” but gold plating sounds more Jersey than Germany.

Teresa Giudice Public Debut Since Prison

Teresa Giudice stepped out onto the red carpet last night for the first time since leaving prison.

She was attending the opening of her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga's boutique, Envy, and took along her daughter Gia for company. Melissa also enjoyed the support of Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars Jacqueline Laurita and Kathy Wakile as well as her proud husband Joe Gorga for the opening of the store in New Jersey.

Melissa Gorga and her devoted husband Joe looking stunning at the opening of her boutique.

As previously reported by Popdust, 43 year old Teresa spent 11 months wearing orange at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution and was released on December 23. She celebrated her Christmas release  with her brother Joe and their families and of course the ever present Bravo cameras.

Danielle Staub Breaks Silence On Teresa Giudice Prison Sentence

Trey's conviction for fraud doesn't seem to have had any effect on her sense of style, she glammed up for her public debut in gold and black snakeskin, knee high boots and a fur coat.  The Fabulicious cookbooks author has certainly passed on her look to Gia too—the 15 year old wore a fur jacket, cropped top, mini skirt and knee high boots.

Teresa and her mini-me daughter, Gia.

The ex-con reality star told E!News;

"I'm feeling great.  I'm happy to be here to support my brother and my sister-in-law Melissa for the grand opening of her boutique Envy.

Melissa has great style and you see her on the red carpet and you see her being photographed, so, and you can tell from the photographs that she has great style."

Bearing in mind her history of trying to undermine Melissa and the stormy relationship between her and her brother, you have to wonder at Teresa's next comment when asked about whether her daughter Gia turns to her for style tips;

"My background is fashion.  I went to school for fashion.  I used to work at Macy's Herald Square in the buying office and I also was on the vendor side.  I worked for Nine West and Calvin Klein handbags. So, I have a fashion background. She has her mommy"

How better to get in a little dig at Melissa's fashion store opening than by reminding everyone that she has a background in fashion and is way more experienced than her sister-in-law?

Joe Giudice Denies Alleged Atlantic City Hook-Up

A leopard (print) doesn't change it's spots and our bet is we haven't seen the last of Teresa's campaign to make Melissa look as bad as she can at every opportunity.  She better be careful though, she's going to need her family around her in March when husband Joe checks in for his 41 month prison sentence.

The Real Housewives Of New Jersey are back - and there are both new faces and old!

Gone are the Manzo-Lauritas (Caroline is getting her own spinoff) but DINA MANZO IS BACK! Teresa and Joe Giudice's legal woes are covered in excruciating detail, and Melissa and Joe Gorga are of course up to their usual nonsense.

There are also three new ladies: Amber Marchese, Nicole Mauriello and Teresa Aprea.

Watch the trailer, it's going to be EPIC!

Bravo reality stars have never met a shameless promotional opportunity they didn't like, so obviously The Real Housewives of New Jersey season three newcomer Melissa Gorga had no qualms about capturing her road to mid-30s pop stardom on camera, or letting Bravo foot the bill for additional production costs. If you've been watching this trainwreck of a season, you know that the former "bikini bar" employee decided to launch her musical career based solely on the premonition that one day she'd be dodging paparazzi and deflecting stripper rumors, all before her episodes had even aired. Wow, Franklin Lakes' Chateau Salon & Spa really is a place to see and be seen, isn't it? Depending on your knowledge of RHONJ lore, the black and beaded Gorga received a mostly supportive response from the crowd, and looked a lot more comfortable in front of an audience than her reality sister from down I-95, Michaele Salahi—hence the stripper rumors. While it goes against nature to compliment a Real Housewives star's musical endeavor, Gorga's vocals aren't terrible, even if we're far from convinced that she did any singing live. But for next time, because there so will be a next time, let husband Joe join you on stage, M. He knows all the words!
