This was a year of change and tumult, but if anything has remained consistent through it all, it's been Beyoncé's greatness.

World Leaders Beyoncé and Meghan Markle Broker for World Peace

Beyoncé and Meghan Markle finally met on the red carpet of The Lion King UK, and we have the video evidence.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan meet Beyonce at UK 'Lion King' premiere | GMA

At long last, the US and the UK have finally overcome their bloody 243-year-old rivalry, thanks to the brief but powerful embrace of two of their most powerful leaders: Meghan Markle and Beyoncé.

The historic moment happened at the premier of The Lion King UK. Luckily, some observers caught the whole exchange on video., so we now have evidence that at long last, England and the USA are officially joining forces.

Apparently, Beyoncé began the exchange with an expression of love, causing the Internet's collective heart to swell when she called Meghan "my princess."

From there on out, the main topic of discussion was their kids. Beyoncé said that Meghan's baby "is so beautiful," and Prince Harry added that Archie had just started lifting his head up. He also informed Beyoncé, "You've been very busy." Jay-Z also jumped in with some helpful parenting advice for the royals, saying, "The best advice I can give you, always find time for yourself."

In case anyone's forgotten, these two couples consist of some of the world's most influential people. Jay-Z is the first billionaire rapper and Beyoncé's legacy speaks for itself. Meghan Markle, for her part, is the first mixed-race member of the Royal Family; and Prince Harry is sixth in line for the throne of England. Each of these people has become a powerful symbol—of pride, of culture, of success, and now, of diplomacy. They're of the sort that requires no explanation or introduction, and to see them humbled in each others' presences is to catch a glimpse into an echelon of power, wealth, and fame that most of us could never begin to comprehend. Like suns, their light powers our universe and our humble lives merely orbit theirs, and their union was a brief and potent supernova the witness was blessed to have captured.

While it's unclear when they'll meet again, we can all content ourselves by imagining a world where the USA and the UK are actually ruled by Beyoncé and Meghan Markle. Until then, we can just keep basking in the light of the sacred knowledge that the real queens of America and Britain love each other just as much as we love them.

Queen Bey is not known for following rules or compromising her personal values, and so it's really not surprising that she walked out of a Reebok pitch meeting because the staff wasn't adequately diverse.

According to ESPN's Nick DePaula, she previously turned down a deal with Reebok because no one who would be working on the line reflected her race. "She had a meeting at Reebok and they had a whole presentation of everything, potential products, how this could all look," DePaula wrote, "and she kinda took a step back and said 'is this the team that would be working on my product'?"

When the answer was in the affirmative, Queen Bey reportedly told the pitch room, "Nobody in this room reflects my background, my skin color, and where I'm from and what I wanna do," before walking out.

Her actions will hopefully serve as a wake-up call to Reebok and companies like it, who have to understand that if they want to capitalize on the work and star power possessed by people of color, the very least they can do is provide a staff that features adequate representation. Beyoncé may be famous enough to abandon partnerships like this one, but certainly, not everyone does—so in demanding more diversity, her actions are setting an important precedent.

Instead, Beyoncé will be partnering with Adidas, which announced that it will be re-releasing Beyoncé's activewear line Ivy Park as part of an initiative "aimed at empowering the next generation of athletes and creatives" by "driving positive change in the world through sport." The relaunch "will still respect Beyoncé's ownership of her company which continues her journey as one of the first black women to be the sole owner of an athleisure brand," the press release concluded.

"This is the partnership of a lifetime for me," Beyoncé stated. "Adidas has had tremendous success in pushing creative boundaries. We share a philosophy that puts creativity, growth and social responsibility at the forefront of business."

Beyoncé and Jay-Z Renew Their Wedding Vows

Wishing the couple a happy 10th anniversary!

Can you believe Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been happily (for the most part) hitched for ten years? Time sure files when you're fabulous. And to celebrate the marital milestone, The Carters chose to renew their wedding vows. After sipping some sour Lemonade and drowning out chatter about cheating over the years, the couple has stayed strong and they kept their "for better or for worse" vows close to their hearts. As for the "for richer or for poorer" part? That wasn't really going to pose a problem.

So, here there are. Ten years, three children, and a long-lasting love that keeps on keepin' on. And just before Queen Bey celebrated her 37th, she partied with her king, celebrating their 10th anniversary in an extra-special way by making it official another time around.

Beyoncé posted about her joy on her website. "At 36, I became a new mother of three. I breastfed my twins. I renewed my vows with my husband of 10 years…" Seems like Beyoncé is bringing in 37 with a huge helping of happiness. A family she cherishes, a career that's on fire, and a flock of fans who are always buzzing for Bey.

As per Us Weekly, "Fans began speculating about a secret vow renewal when the 'Apes–t' collaborators kicked off their On the Run II tourOpens a New Window. in the U.K. on June 6. Their concert ended with a montage of home videos, including one of the couple facing each other and bowing their heads during what appeared to be an intimate ceremony with their three children present. Beyoncé looked stunning in a strapless white gown, while Jay-Z, 48, wore a white suit. The scene ended with the message: 'This is real love.'"

So much for a "secret." We all know the Carters are keen on keeping their fans on their toes, yet their moves are always meticulously mapped out. But when it comes to their personal relationship, keeping it real is what this couple is all about. Gossip always goes around – especially when it comes to celebs - but these two stay grounded. Their recent renewal ceremony only proves they are together, on the same team, and still tight.

Will we see Beyoncé and her boo make it to the 20-year mark? And will they continue to expand their fabulous family? Time will tell, but 'till then, we hope the couple remains "Crazy in Love."
