I struggle with diets every year. I've been looking to lose the same 10-15 pounds for quite some time, and every December 31st I make a promise to do so. However...about halfway through January, I slip up and have trouble getting back in my groove! By February, I've lost all progress I made (and maybe even put on a couple extra lbs.).
