Thank You, SZA and Sephora, for Reminding Us Most Beauty Retailers Are Racist

Sephora's diversity training is a token exercise in good publicity and damage control, but it's a reminder that most retail beauty stores, from Sephora to Mac and Ulta Beauty, seem to share a commonality of racial profiling.
