Fun fact: The director of the 2004 film Idiocracy put Crocs on the prisoners of the future, thinking they were “just stupid plastic shoes” and they would never be popular. Boy, was he wrong.
These are the most absurd and why-would-anyone-make-these Crocs we could find. And they only get crazier as you go, so stick around ‘til the end.

We’re starting you off easy with this one. They’re shiny, they’re geometric, and they’re impossible to ignore. Who needs gold jewelry when you have gold Crocs, right? But wait, they also come in silver, so you can get a pair of each and shine everywhere you go.
2. Harry Potter Gryffindor Classic Clog
For all our Harry Potterheads out there, you’ll love these Harry Potter Crocs. And don’t worry if you’re not a Gryffindor at heart, because Crocs made a pair for every Hogwarts house. Yours truly is a Ravenclaw, but they’ve got Slytherin and Hufflepuff, too. Plus loads of Jibbitz that capture that magical spirit, from the Golden Snitch to a bubbling cauldron.
3. Classic Platform Iridescent Glitter Clog
We can’t lie, these are kind of fly. They’re super sparkly and have a platform silhouette to put that glittery pep in your step. If Cinderella had Crocs, these would be it, but she wouldn’t have left one at the ball since these have a handy ankle strap.

They’re a stunning pair of kicks if you want to be Bigfoot for Halloween. Otherwise, we’re not sure how they’ll fit into your day-to-day style.

Crocs apparently knew they were creating a monster because they named these shoes “The Thing,” which is fitting. They’re a creepy amalgamation of clogs and slippers, covered in fuzz in all the most random places. They’re funky, but we can’t tell if they’re funky-cool or funky-cringe.

All you need is love… and Yellow Submarine clogs. These aren’t merely Yellow Submarine-themed; these are little yellow submarines that turn your feet into vehicles carrying around the most iconic rock band of all time. These conceptual Crocs are hard not to find endearing and silly.

Where would one even wear these? The only answers we can come up with are Halloween and Comic-Con, but we can’t look away. These Evil Queen-inspired platform heel clogs are teeming with an evil attitude. Wear them to your next black tie event or to the grocery store, we’re not sure what’s more appropriate.

Lisa isn’t a one-and-done kind of person. Crocs also collaborated with the brand on this rainbow, cheetah print clog. It feels like the 2000s are coming to get us, but in a hip, stylish way? Maybe? We can’t decide if they’re cute or toe-curling.
15. Hello Kitty Siren Clog
These shoes have a cheery little Hello Kitty figurine front and center, with a fat red bow behind it. They’re like a toy that got confused and thought they were a shoe. Wear them or play with them? Who’s to say!

Not to be rude, but we don’t think Glinda would be caught dead under a house wearing these. However, we’ll admit they’re kinda whimsically appealing, with iridescent bubbles on the side and a pretty pink upper that embodies the Good Witch vibe.

The name alone is a bit jarring, so in case you don’t know, Cuddle Team Leader is a Fortnite character that seems to be… a sexy bear. We’re not sure what strange world we just Crocsed our way into, but these shoes fit the bill for preposterous, with a bear face on top.
