One Woman’s Honest Review Of Daily Harvest
I’m a pretty healthy eater, and I like making my meals, but breakfast has always been a struggle. I added my favorite almond milk (I’m trying to be dairy free), and voila—breakfast was served! My personal favorite is the Cold Brew + Almond because it doubled as my morning cup of coffee.
Daily Harvest’s smoothies have not only amped up my morning routine; they also changed my weekly grocery shopping habits; I used to spend so much money on fruits and veggies that would go to waste before I could use them. Even better, the smoothies gave me added nutrients that I didn’t know I needed. Instead of randomly throwing some yogurt and fruit in the blender and not knowing the nutrition details, Daily Harvest shows the breakdown ingredients and their benefits on the back of the cup, so I know exactly what’s in my breakfast. I’ve noticed a huge uptick in my energy levels since I’ve cut out sugar from my granola bar in the morning, and I am staying full and energized until lunch. It’s made such a big difference in my day to day routine, and I can’t imagine going back to my mornings without Daily Harvest.
