Working out this past year has been a struggle, to say the least.

I gave myself a lot of leeway and "me time" but it got to the point where relaxing wasn't actually making me feel good. I missed the endorphin rush of a good workout, the sense of accomplishment, and even the detox of a good sweat session.

Honestly, Aaptiv has really been there for me in my fitness journey this past year. I can honestly say if I couldn't use the app anymore I'd feel so disappointed - I can't imagine going back to working out without it.
