The hit drama stars Park Seo Joon, a friend of Taehyung, undoubtedly adding to the star's interest in recording a song for the soundtrack.

After conquering the Grammy stage to perform "Old Town Road" with Lil Nas X earlier this month, BTS has finally released their highly anticipated new album, MAP OF THE SOUL: 7.

The 20-track behemoth features a slew of their best songs from 2019's MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA, along with a fantastic new rendition of "ON," this time featuring Sia. The track's MV, which is as gorgeous as the song itself, was released today, as well. Other tracks include their stunning single "Black Swan," which Popdust's own Dan K called a "genuine masterpiece...one of those rare songs that seems to exist on an almost entirely emotional level. From the somber opening string notes to the vocal performances tinged with melancholy, and the distant, layered sound design, 'Black Swan' hits you straight in the soul."

The group recently returned from a well deserved hiatus and are set to embark on a world tour this April, with their first few performances being at none other than the Seoul Olympic Stadium.

Pop singer-songwriter Ella Isaacson unveils her stripped-down version of "Naked."

Revisiting the song with Norwegian producers Stargate, Isaacson says, "When Mikkel (of Stargate) initially started to work on 'Naked' it took the record to a whole new level, but it was still missing something. My co-writer and I went in with them one night at their studio and added what is now the post chorus co-writing it with the guys and that was really special." Accompanied only by a piano, Ella's voice drips with raw emotion and intimate melancholy.

L.A. electro-pop artist Matt Simons introduces "Cold," an ode for Valentine's Day cynics.

"People change, and change in any relationship is inevitable. The only question is: Can the two people change together and adapt? 'Cold' is about a relationship where they did not," says Simons.

"Cold" merges dreamy nostalgia and unadorned melancholy as Simons' silky falsetto infuses the lyrics with regret. "When did you get so cold / When did we lose that heat / I'm waiting till you come home / And every time I'm thinking you might / I'm losing my mind, alone."
