A child prodigy, Natalise began piano when she was three years old; dance at age seven, church choir at age eight, followed by acceptance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music at age 11. Classically trained in piano and vocals, she later attended Stanford University, completing the usual four-year program in three-years. While at Stanford, she recorded and released an indie album that made big waves in San Francisco.
After graduation, she started Natalise + the Sunset Run. The band's pop/alternative music was immediately featured on MTV, VH1, Oxygen, and the CW. And they performed at the Viper Room, the House of Blues, and The Hotel Café, along with a host of other venues.
