26 Ridiculous Movies That Received a 0% Fresh Rating on Rotten Tomatoes
To some extent, a 0% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes is an honor.
Even amongst trash cinema, the Rotten Tomatoes 0% are a special breed of stank.
For a movie to receive a 0% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, it can't just be bad, and it can't even just be awful. No, a Rotten Tomatoes 0% movie needs to be so terrible that it convinces even the most contrarian film reviewers to unanimously agree that yes, the movie in question is objectively worthless. To put this into perspective, 21% of film critics gave Tom Hooper's Catsa Fresh rating even though, or perhaps because, it featured Dame Judy Dench licking her own crotch. For an even starker perspective, one reviewer out of 80 even gave Daddy Day Campa Fresh rating, and incredibly, it just so happened to be former Popdust reviewer Fred Topel:

At the time of publishing, Rotten Tomatoes features review compilations for 17,494 movies. 984 of those movies, or roughly 0.05%, have received a perfect 100% Fresh, akin to universal accolades. But fewer than 365 movies, or 0.02%, have received a 0% Fresh. This means that while critical darlings may be rare, 0%ers are legendary.
Recently, a new Netflix movie called 365 Days joined Rotten Tomatoes' hallowed ranks of cinematic miscarriages, and this seems like as good a reason as any to spawn a listicle. So without further ado, let's dig into 30 movies that received a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The Last Days of American Crime
There's a scene in this movie wherein a woman tells a guy at a bar that she wants to have sex with him so that she can cross something off her bucket list. After they have sex, she informs him that this entry on her bucket list was "screwing a loser." Absolute f*cking yikes.
▲The Layover
The Layover is a laugh-void romp about two best friends who both really want to have sex with a man who sits between them on a layover flight. I watched it in its entirety while experimenting with my masochism fetish, and I can confirm that it was a bridge too far. Part of me suspects that the whole movie was just a scheme to get Alexandra Daddario into a bikini.
Father of Invention
Kevin Spacey plays an inventor who loses everything after one of his products maims his customers. It's a weird premise in the first place, but it's even weirder now considering the fact that Kevin Spacey is probably the last guy anyone wants to empathize with.

Sarah Jessica Parker goes on a rich white lady road trip in Rome. Apparently in 2015 this counted as the plot of a movie.

Ah yes, it's the story of everyone's favorite crime boss, John Travolta. Or wait, no, this is about John Gotti. Except he looks and acts just like John Travolta, so...I dunno, you tell me.
▲Leprechaun 2, Leprechaun 3, and Leprachaun 4: In Space
Okay, Leprechaun 2 and 3 probably deserve their zeroes, I'll give you that. But Leprechaun 4: In Space? Bro. This movie is misunderstood. They took the evil killer Leprechaun and they put him IN SPACE. He has a lightsaber now. Come on, dude. This movie is straight up 100% Fresh.
▲I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer
First, there was I Know What You Did Last Summer, in which a killer with a hook knows what you did last summer. Then there was I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, in which somebody else still remembered the first movie and continued it for some reason. Nobody wanted another one. This was never a good horror franchise in the first place. But alas, here it is, and it will always have 0% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
▲The Toxic Avenger: Part II
The first Toxic Avenger was a genuinely fantastic, super gorey, cult classic action-comedy. The sequel is rated PG-13, so naturally it suffers. That said, this is basically "The Toxic Avenger Goes To Japan," and if no critic can appreciate that, I'm not sure I want to live in this world anymore.
▲Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2
There never should have been a Baby Geniuses 1, but indeed, there's a sequel, and if you can't tell from the screenshot, it very well might be the worst thing ever created by humans. Seriously, these babies can f*ck right off.
▲Jaws 4: The Revenge
Did you know that there are like 80 Jaws movies? Did you know he keeps coming back n' sh!t? Yeah, well, this is the fourth one.
▲The Big Green
If you think that pudgy boy getting hit in the balls with a soccer ball is hilarious, than this movie will be just your speed. For anyone who hasn't had a lobotomy yet, I sincerely have no idea why the title is in Japanese.
▲Return of the Killer Tomatoes!
I will defend the Killer Tomatoes movies to the death. Revel in the sheer theatricality that pulsates from this image. You can practically hear this man laughing at a ruined tomato. More importantly, George Clooney is in this movie. Yes, THE George Clooney. Look it up.

Imagine casting a legendary comedian revered for his fast-talking shtick in a role where he's not allowed to talk. Why the f*ck would you ever do that? How dare this movie waste Eddie Murphy's talents. It's almost like they wanted their zero.

What the hell is happening here? I don't know, man, this picture should speak for itself.

What a beautiful title: 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain. They don't make movie titles like those anymore, do they, folks? Sad. Regardless, any movie with Hulk Hogan with shirtless fist armor has to have some sort of cinematic value, right?

They put Dennis Rodman in an action movie. Again, THEY PUT DENNIS RODMAN IN AN ACTION MOVIE. That is all.

SNL's "It's Pat" sketches about an androgynous person who everyone was always trying to assign gender to aged very poorly. Thankfully, It's Pat: The Movie never needed to worry about aging poorly, as it was completely irrelevant the moment it was conceived. Terrible, terrible idea. Just terrible.

▲Max Steel
The Max Steel cartoon was the most bland children's action fare imaginable, featuring a generic white dude with generic powers who fights generic evil or something. I don't know, I watched like one episode and it sucked. Anyways, the movie is pretty much the same thing, but live action, and somehow even suckier.
▲Kronk's New Groove
Sometimes too much of a good thing really can be bad. Kronk was great in The Emperor's New Groove, but it turns out that the big guy couldn't quite carry his own movie.
▲Fred: The Movie
Back in 2009, Fred was the first YouTuber to ever pass one million channel subscribers. How did he manage this incredible feat, you ask? By making the most brain-meltingly annoying, sped-up, high-pitched videos imaginable, of course. So naturally, he got a movie deal, and unless you want to induce an aneurism, all those zeroes are right on the money.
▲InAPPropiate Comedy
Fun fact: The ShamWow Guy from the ShamWow infomercials directed a sketch-based comedy movie starring Rob Schneider, Michelle Rodriguez, Lindsay Lohan, and Adrian Brody, that was so bad critics literally walked out of the theater. I've seen it. It is, indeed, as bad as they say. Worse, even. The title, in which they emphasized the "APP" portion of "inAPPropriate" is literally the funniest joke in the entire movie by a long shot ,and I'm frankly not even sure whether or not it's supposed to be a joke.

If you liked Kirk Cameron in Growing Pains, then you'll love Kirk Cameron beating you over the head with Christianity for two hours.
▲Mary Kate and Ashley Switching Goals
My theory is that all of the reviewers were just angry dads who didn't want to sit through another Mary Kate and Ashley movie. Why else would you give this a zero? Who is this movie trying to impress? It's just Mary Kate and Ashley pretending to play soccer. Who cares, it's for babies.

Racist, unfunny garbage, courtesy of Adam Sandler, the most talented bad-movie slummer in Hollywood. Unfortunately, I think this was Taylor Lautner's last role before his disappearance while hiking in the Black Forest in Germany, and despite the fact that Taylor Lautner is totally fine and I just made that up, it would be a pretty cool rumor to spread.
